Section 1: Joining an Existing Clan

For Members

Create Your Account

  • Go to the TB Manager login page
  • Click "Register here" below the Account Login panel
  • Fill in: Username (3-50 chars), Email, Password (min 6 chars)
  • Click Register and verify your email (link valid for 24 hours)

Join a Clan

  • Log in and go to User Portal
  • Click "Join Clan" or the "Join Another Clan" card
  • Select your clan and enter the Clan Code (provided by your owner/manager)
  • Click "Join Clan"

Link Your Game Member

  • Go to Profile → "Game Members" tab
  • Select your in-game name from the dropdown
  • Check "Set as primary" if this is your main account
  • Click "Link Member"
Tip: If you don't see your in-game name, you may need to wait a day so the tool can collect your chests.

Create Your Account

Register and verify your email address (same as above).

Order the Counter Service

Important: The Counter service is required. You cannot create a clan without it.

  • Log in and click "Portal" in the navigation bar
  • Choose "Counter" at the "Your Tools"section.
  • Fill in clan details: Clan Tag, Clan Full Name, Clan Code
  • Select subscription period (4, 8, or 12 months)
  • Click "Pay now" → Redirected to SumUp for payment
  • After successful payment, your clan is automatically created!
  • You can download the tool from the portal

Link Your Game Member & Invite Others

  • Go to Profile → "Game Members" to link your in-game name
  • Share your Clan Name and Clan Code with members
Your clan is now active! BUT: You still need to download and run the Counter tool on your own computer to collect chest data. The tool does not run automatically on the server.

Manager Limitations: Cannot delete clan, edit clan settings, or purchase/extend the Counter service.
Note for Managers: You can view chest data on the website, but someone must run the Counter tool on their own computer to collect the data from Total Battle. The data doesn't appear automatically!

What Owners Can Do

Edit Clan Settings

Portal → "Edit" on your clan card. Change clan tag, name or code.

Extend Counter Service (Add Time)

  • From Portal: Click "Extend / Order" on your clan card
  • From Order Page: Navigate to Order → "Existing clan"
  • Select period (4, 8, or 12 months) and complete payment
  • Time is added to your existing subscription
Example: 2 months remaining + buy 4 months = 6 months total!

Delete a Clan

WARNING: This permanently deletes ALL clan data. Cannot be undone!
Owners have all manager privileges plus full control over clan settings, deletion, and service extensions.
Important for Owners: As the clan owner, you (or one of your members) must run the Counter tool on your own computer to collect chest data. Without running the tool, no chest data will appear on the website. See Section 6 for setup instructions.

Section 6: Using the Counter Tool

Critical Information: The Counter tool does NOT run automatically on the server. You must download and run it on your own computer to collect chest data from Total Battle. Without running the tool, no data will appear on the website!

Download the Counter Tool

  • Log in to the TB Manager website
  • Go to Portal → Your Tools section
  • Find the "Counter" tool card
  • If your clan has an active Counter service, you will see a "Download Collector-S2" button
  • Click it to download the Collector-S2.zip file
Note: The download is only available if your clan has an active Counter subscription. If the service is expired, you need to renew first.

Extract and Set Up

  • Extract the Collector-S2.zip file to a folder on your computer. password: 1234
  • Run the Collector-S2.exe file
  • The tool will ask for your credentials (the same ones used for the website)
  • Click "Login" to connect and select your clan.

Collect Chest Data

  • Once logged in, the tool will automatically fetch your clan's chest data
  • The data is sent to the TB Manager website
  • You can view the collected data on the Dashboard and Performance pages
  • The tool should be run periodically (e.g., daily or weekly) to keep data up to date
Done! Chest data is now visible on the TB Manager website for all clan members to see.

Who Should Run the Tool?

  • Clan Owner: Has the credentials and can run the tool
  • Managers: Can also run the tool if they have the credentials
  • Any member: Anyone with the credentials can run the tool
Tip: It's recommended that the clan owner or a trusted manager runs the tool regularly to ensure data stays fresh. The tool can be run scheduled, like every 10 minutes.
